Makes 1 Serving
- 1 medium frozen banana, damaged into chunks
- ½cup oat milk
- ¼cup rolled or fast oats
- ¼cup vanilla yogurt, ideally full-fat
- 2teaspoons brown sugar
- Pinch of cinnamon
- ½cup ice cubes
Mix all components in a blender and mix till clean. Serve instantly.
