- 12 eggs
- 3cups frozen candy potato tots
- 1 bunch scallions, thinly sliced (whites and greens), about 1 cup
- ¾cup crumbled feta cheese
- Salt and pepper, to style

Warmth oven to 350° and coat a 9×13″ baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Beat eggs in a big bowl, and season with salt and pepper.

Add frozen candy potato tots, sliced scallions, and cheese into baking dish in a fair layer, then pour in eggs on high.

Bake within the 350° oven for 50 minutes, or till eggs are cooked by way of and the middle of the casserole doesn’t jiggle.

Let casserole cool for at the least 5 minutes, then minimize into 8 squares.
