Make-Forward Breakfast Casserole With Candy Potato Tots, Scallions, and Feta Recipe

Makes 8 Servings

Substances
  • 12 eggs
  • 3cups frozen candy potato tots
  • 1 bunch scallions, thinly sliced (whites and greens), about 1 cup
  • ¾cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to style
Instructions
  1. Warmth oven to 350° and coat a 9×13″ baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Beat eggs in a big bowl, and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Add frozen candy potato tots, sliced scallions, and cheese into baking dish in a fair layer, then pour in eggs on high.

  4. Bake within the 350° oven for 50 minutes, or till eggs are cooked by way of and the middle of the casserole doesn’t jiggle.

  5. Let casserole cool for at the least 5 minutes, then minimize into 8 squares.

  6. Retailer leftovers in an hermetic container within the fridge for as much as 4 days.
