Rooster and Zucchini Skillet Recipe

Makes 4 Servings

Components
  • 1tablespoon further virgin olive oil, divided
  • 1 carrot, massive, diced (peeled if desired)
  • 1 zucchini, massive, diced (peeled if desired)
  • 1/4teaspoon salt, to style
  • 1pound extra-lean floor rooster
  • 2cloves garlic, minced
  • 1tablespoon coconut aminos or soy sauce or tamari
  • 4cups child spinach
Instructions
  1. Warmth half the oil in a skillet over medium-high warmth. 

  2. Add minced garlic to skillet and cook dinner for 30 seconds. Add carrot and zucchini and cook dinner till fork tender, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and switch to a bowl.

  3. In the identical skillet, warmth the remaining oil over medium warmth. Cook dinner the bottom rooster till cooked via, about 10 minutes, breaking it up because it cooks. Drain any extra liquid.
